1. PURPOSE
This Policy describes limited warranty coverage that ZEEVA Sports may provide for qualifying manufacturing defects. Product-specific warranty terms may supplement or replace this general Policy.
2. WARRANTY PERIODS
Warranty periods must be established by product category before publication. Suggested categories for internal decision-making include rackets and durable equipment, sports bags and accessories, apparel, and other branded goods. Do not publish a universal period until the product and supplier warranty structure is confirmed.
3. COVERED DEFECTS
Subject to applicable product-specific terms, coverage may include defects in materials or workmanship that existed at delivery or arise during normal intended use within the applicable warranty period.
4. EXCLUSIONS
To the extent permitted by law, warranty coverage may exclude normal wear and tear; cosmetic changes that do not affect function; misuse or abuse; accidents or impact damage; improper storage or maintenance; unauthorized repair or modification; use contrary to instructions; loss or theft; and damage caused by third-party products or services.
5. SPORT-SPECIFIC WEAR
Sporting goods can wear through ordinary play. Shuttlecocks, balls, grips, strings, apparel, footwear if offered, and other consumable or wear items may have limited or no wear-based warranty beyond manufacturing defects.
6. WARRANTY CLAIMS
To submit a claim, provide zeeva@zeevasports.com, order information, product identification, description of the issue, and reasonably requested photographs or supporting information.
7. REMEDIES
For an approved warranty claim, ZEEVA Sports may repair, replace, refund, or provide another remedy as appropriate under the applicable warranty and law.
8. STATUTORY RIGHTS
This Policy does not limit warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
