1. SCOPE
This Policy applies to customized or personalized ZEEVA Sports products, including team jerseys, uniforms, names, numbers, logos, colors, artwork, club merchandise, and made-to-order items.
2. CUSTOMER APPROVAL
Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, names, numbers, sizes, colors, placement, quantities, artwork, and other customization details before final approval.
3. PRODUCTION
Once a custom order is approved and enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Any permitted change may result in additional charges or revised delivery estimates.
4. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED CONTENT
By providing logos, names, designs, trademarks, photographs, or artwork, you represent that you own or have permission to use the material and authorize ZEEVA Sports and its production partners to reproduce it for fulfillment of your order.
5. PROHIBITED CONTENT
ZEEVA Sports may refuse content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, or otherwise violates applicable ZEEVA Sports policies.
6. COLOR AND PRODUCTION VARIATIONS
Reasonable differences may occur between digital proofs and physical production because of screens, fabrics, printing methods, dye lots, manufacturing processes, and other production factors.
7. RETURNS
Custom and personalized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable after production begins unless defective, produced incorrectly by ZEEVA Sports, or otherwise subject to a remedy required by law.
8. ZEEVA ERROR
If ZEEVA Sports produces a custom product materially inconsistent with the approved specification, contact zeeva@zeevasports.com within [REPORTING PERIOD]. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.
9. LARGE TEAM AND B2B ORDERS
Additional written quotes, proofs, deposits, minimum quantities, production schedules, or organization-specific terms may apply to team, club, academy, school, corporate, wholesale, or distributor orders.
