1. SCOPE
These Mobile App Terms supplement the ZEEVA Sports Terms of Service & Sale and apply to ZEEVA Sports mobile applications. If there is a conflict, transaction-specific terms and applicable mandatory law will control as appropriate.
2. LICENSE
Subject to compliance with applicable terms, ZEEVA Sports grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the application on compatible devices for personal or authorized business use.
3. ACCOUNTS
App features may use the same ZEEVA Sports customer account as the website. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and device access.
4. DEVICE PERMISSIONS
The application may request permissions needed for enabled features, such as notifications, camera or photo access for permitted uploads, or location functionality. Permissions will be requested through your device and can generally be changed in device settings.
5. NOTIFICATIONS
If you enable push notifications, ZEEVA Sports may send transactional, service, security, or permitted promotional notifications. Notification preferences can generally be managed through the app or device settings.
6. UPDATES
We may release updates, patches, or new versions. Certain updates may be required for security, compatibility, or continued access to particular features.
7. APP STORE TERMS
Distribution through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app marketplace may also be subject to that marketplace's terms. ZEEVA Sports remains responsible for the application to the extent required by applicable marketplace terms and law.
8. MOBILE COMMERCE
Purchases made through the application are subject to the ZEEVA Sports Terms of Service & Sale and applicable Returns, Shipping, Warranty, Custom Products, and other policies.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The app may integrate third-party payment, shipping, analytics, authentication, mapping, communications, or other services. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
10. PRIVACY
Collection and use of personal information through the app is described in the ZEEVA Sports Privacy Policy and applicable in-app disclosures.
11. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
We may suspend app functionality or account access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, maintenance, or material violations of applicable terms.
